Lash Terms & Conditions

Hi, please follow and read the policy before making a booking in the studio. 

• Devine beauty studio requires a deposit of $20 to confirm your booking holding fee (non-refundable). All remaining payments must be paid within three days of the booking. The booking may be cancelled unless the deposit/total amount is paid prior

• A 24-hour notice is required if you want to change/reschedule your appointment due to sickness. Please do so to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost

• We do not offer refunds for any lash extension services. However, if a client experiences an issue with their lash extensions within the first 24 hours of the service, we will offer a complimentary touch-up

• No-shows will be charged the ‘booking fee’ of $20 as taken above, and when you want to re-book again, you will be required to pay 50% of that new appointment up-front

• No extra people are allowed in the studio as the room is made for the client only. No kids or plus ones allowed either due to limited spacing and health & safety reasons

• Photography policy

DBS has the right to take photos/videos of the service. if you do not want your photos/videos to be posted online, please let us know prior

DBS accepts payment of bank transfers only

• Health and Safety Policy

Clients must disclose any medical conditionsor allergies affecting the lash extension process. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client's health or safety is at risk

• Maintenance Policy

To ensure the longevity of lash extensions, we recommend that clients come in for a touch-up every 2-3 weeks. Failure to do so may result in a shorter lifespan of the extensions and may incur additional charges for a complete set of lashes

• AFTERCARE EXPECTATION POLICY

• After your lash extension service, you are required to follow the steps below to keep your lashes healthy

• Avoid getting them wet for up to 24-48 hours after application.

• Do not rub or touch your eyes.

• Clean with eyelash foam cleanser every three days (Not provided).

• Softly brush through your eyelash tips in the morning.

• Do not use oil-based products around or on the eyes.

• Do not sleep on your face

• REFILLING OTHER'S SALONS' WORK POLICY
